Creating a MyBetaRide account requires a valid email address and phone number. You’ll also need to create a password and agree to terms and conditions and our privacy policy. Fill in your first and last name, phone number, and email.

Next, enter your payment information.

Adding a credit card or debit card number allows your trip fares to be charged automatically after each ride. After you provide this information, we’ll send an email to confirm your account registration. Once you confirm, you’ll be able to use your app to request a ride.

MyBetaRide is a seamless technology platform that connects travellers with drivers.

On the MyBetaRide platform, you use the app to request a ride. When a driver around your location accepts your request, your app notifies you about the acceptance. In a short moment after, your driver arrives at your pickup location.

You also receive a notification with the driver’s information, including first name, vehicle type, and license plate number. The report helps you both connect at the pickup location.

When you arrive at your destination and exit the vehicle, your calculated fare is deducted through the payment method you have linked to your MyBetaRide account.

MyBetaRide also allows you to pay in cash. However, you must have selected this option before you request a ride.

Afterwards, your app will ask you to rate your driver from 1 to 5 stars. Drivers also get to rate travellers. MyBetaRide feedback system is designed to instil accountability from everyone and build an all-in community.
